ONLINE BOOKING OPENS SOON! Lindsay Cole is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 14 years experience. Her practice began in her home town of Essex County Ontario in 2011, within the leading sport/wellness and recovery centers, Lifetime Wellness and Pursuit. In 2019, she moved to Maple Ridge British Columbia to pursue her competitive athletic endeavours in Ironman distance triathlon and practiced at Coast Therapy before branching off to practice within a professional collective, By Charley Madison Medical Spa. She has a wide range of therapeutic massage methods, including sport massage, deep tissue massage, swedish massage, relaxation and myofascial techniques. She is dedicated to providing quality client focused treatments for sport recovery, sport performance, injuries, relaxation, as well as lifestyle and wellness maintenance. Lindsay's education journey began at University of Windsor, Ontario, with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Psychology before completing her Registered Massage Therapy Diploma at The College of Health Science and Technology, Ontario. As a life long athlete, Lindsay completed her first Ironman triathlon in 2013 and since has continued to align her passion of competing in triathlon with her passion for the massage therapy profession. She has qualified and competed in the Kona Ironman World Championships in 2022 and 2023 and is competing in the 2025 World Championships for half Ironman 70.3 distance in Spain. She has a special interest in helping athletes reach their full potential and understand the importance of body care to avoid injury, maintain optimal health, and accelerate performance. Using evidence based science she has developed a system of techniques to support recovery and balance the body. She believes that by pursuing her own health and wellness goals, she creates a passion to assist others to do the same.
